Emmy Rossum - Slow Me Down lyrics
Rushing and racing and running in circles
Moving so fast I'm forgetting my purpose
Blur of the traffic is sending me spinning
Getting nowhere
My head and my heart are colliding chaotic
Pace of the world I just wish I could stop it
Try to appear like I've got it together
I'm falling apart
Save me
Somebody take my hand and lead me
Slow me down
Don't let love pass me by
Just show me how
Cause I'm ready to fall
Slow me down
Don't let me live a lie
Before my life flies by
I need you to slow me down
Sometimes I fear that I might disappear
In the blur of fast forward I falter again
Forgetting to breathe
I need to sleep
I'm getting nowhere
All that I've missed I see in the reflection
Pass me while I wasn't paying attention
Tired of rushing, racing and running
I'm falling apart
Tell me
Oh won't you take my hand and lead me
Slow me down
Don't let love pass me by
Just show me how
Cause I'm ready to fall
Slow me down
Don't let me live a lie
Before my life flies by
I need you to slow me down
Just show me
I need you to slow me down
Slow me down
Slow me down
The noise of the world is getting me caught up
Chasing the clock and I wish I could stop it
Just need to breathe
Somebody please
Slow me down

Taylor Swift - Tim Mcgraw
He said the way my blue eyes shined,
Put those Georgia stars to shame that night
I said "That's a lie"
Just a boy in a Chevy truck,
That had a tendency of gettin' stuck,
On back roads at night
And I was right there beside him all summer long
And then the time we woke up to find that summer'd gone
But when you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think my favorite song
The one we danced to all night long
The moon like a spotlight on the lake
When you think happiness,
I hope you think "That little black dress"
Think of my head on your chest,
And my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me
September saw a month of tears,
Im thankin' God that you weren't here,
To see me like that
But in a box beneath my bed,
Is a letter that you never read,
Three summers back
It's hard not to find it all a little
Bitter sweet,
And lookin' back on all of that, it's nice to believe
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think my favorite song
The one we danced to all night long
The moon like a spotlight on the lake
When you think happiness,
I hope you think "That little black dress"
Think of my head on your chest,
An' my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me
And I'm back for the first time since then
I'm
Standin' on your street,
And there's a letter left on your doorstep,
And the first thing that you'll read
Is "When you think Tim McGraw,
"I hope you think my favorite song"
Someday you'll turn your radio on,
I hope it takes you back to that place
When you think happiness,
I hope you think "That little black dress"
Think of my head on your chest,
And my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me
Oh, think of me,
Hmm
Hmm

REALIZE
Take time to realize,
That your warmth is
Crashing down on me.
Take time to realize,
That I am on your side
Didn't I, didn't I tell you.
But I can't spell it out for you,
No it's never gonna be that simple
No I can't spell it out for you
If you just realize what I just realized,
Then we'd be perfect for each other
And will never find another
Just realized what I just realized
We'd never have to wonder if
We missed out on each other now.
Take time to realize
Oh-oh I'm on your side
Didn't I, didn't I tell you.
Take time to realize
This all can pass you by
Didn't I tell you
But I can't spell it out for you,
No it's never gonna be that simple
No I can't spell it out for you.
If you just realized what I just realized
Then we'd be perfect for each other
Then we'd never find another
Just realized what I just realized
We'd never have to wonder if
We missed out on each other now.
It's not all the same
No it's never the same
If you don't feel it too.
If you meet me half way
If you would meet me half way.
It could be the same for you.
If you just realize what I just realized
Then we'd be perfect for each other
Then we'd never find another
Just realize what I just realized
We'd never have to wonder
Just realize what I just realized
If you just realize what I just realized
Ooooooo
Missed out on each other now
Missed out on each other now
Realize, realize
Realize, realize
That your warmth is
Crashing down on me.

It's Early Morning in April 1, 2008

I called to greet him "happy birthday..."
Sh*t...he answered me, "thanks switty."
I dunno what to feel or even say.
Indeed, I accept that it simply goes on that way.
I can't take the bitterness I feel whenever reality disturbs my insanity.
My heart beats like drum, faster and louder,
every time I heard his sweet voice.
How I long to hear it every now and then.
How my heart would stop craving in bringing back our lost love?
How I wish I could free myself from those endless romantic memories
together with the man I used to love and admire,
when I don't want to leave them behind, rather I plan to keep it forever.
How could I ever learn to forget our past
when there lies the reason why I can only like most men
and never love them at all.
this birthday boy can never be replaced,
never he will be, as I plan my tomorrow.

I HATE IT...
I hate riding any vehicle for long,
especially when I'm alone.
Its span of time makes my mind look back and reminisce
the things I don't want to remember--those embarrassing and painful moments,
even those heart-warming events.
I hate the way how it slowly brings me back to
the past--when I was not yet brave enough.
I hate how it stumbles my mind between
gratifying experiences and innocence.
I hate how it makes me feel again
what I already felt before.
I just hate the moment when those things
come back to my mind, so fresh
that it feels like I'm into that situation again.
HiHiHi...
A man took my self-respect once.
Now I have it again,
No man can ever take it away.
A man broke my heart once.
Now it's already fixed,
I'll make sure no man can ever hurt it again.
I lost my faith on the word "trust" once.
Now it's already renewed,
I will never give it to any undeserving man.
It's bitterness right?
I just imagined those stuffs anyway,
It's just the way I want to begin my day.
